I was so impressed with everyone that I interacted with. The sales guy was so friendly and knowledgable, the finance guy actually noticed a mistake made the day before in my contract and investigated and actually got me a better interest rate, and the manager gave me such a good price on the truck. The whole time I was there I just felt like everyone was going above and beyond to help me. Sounds crazy but I wish I had to buy another vehicle so I could go through this whole process again :) Very happy customer!
Adam was extremely kind and helpful. I came in to test drive a particular vehicle, which was not a good fit for me. I realized it, but what struck me as fantastic was that he also said it didn't suit me. I really appreciated the honesty and knowing that he wasn't just trying to sell me any vehicle. He was there to sell me MY vehicle. We test drove the Escape and it was love at first drive. He was even in on the naming process. Whether or not it has resulted in anyone actually coming in, I have recommended to quite a few of my friends in the market for new cars to go to Hansen and specifically to see Adam.

My salesman was excellent, even after we found a vehicle that I said I would purchase(minus some options that I wanted or colour), he continued looking for my "perfect" vehicle. He didn't stop doing the best job he could after selling me a vehicle already. He was friendly, not pushy, just the right kind of salesperson I enjoy dealing with!
